Located in an established neighborhood originally developed during the 60'2, this house was situated on a fabulous lot but the house needed updating. The post war period saw alot of homes with simple clean design elements developed in elegant neighborhoods. Capitalizing on desirable setting this house was redesigned to reflect a traditional character that would blend with the neighborhood context and yet be a bit distinctive.

This remodeling project was completed in a major part by Master Plan Remodeling.
