Chery Lane

This project was a whole house remodel that started as a Sea Ranch influenced design which the new owners deemed impersonal and lacking character. The solution was to create an exterior aesthetic based on northwest arts and crafts and open up the living spaces to allow more informal living environment and to better capture the views. A new front porch was created to provide a sense of entry and outdoor living space. Entryway and stairs were opened up to allow better interaction with living spaces. Kitchen, dining and family room have been combined into defined flowing spaces and accomodate informal living.
